The efforts and dedication you and your colleagues demonstrate adds to the paradigm of sustainable solutions. Engaging these high risk individuals at that pivotal moment when they are faced with the hard fact of mortality, must have some affect on their thinking whether they continue that behavior or not. The fact is that the thinking must change to alter negative behavior, you provide the support for that change, if that becomes the decision. Thank you
